Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.
Custom or personalized orders may take longer; to processing time will be noted at checkout.
Shipping Methods & Flat Rate
We offer flat rate shipping on all orders:

Flat rate shipping covers standard delivery via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or Fed Ex.
Expedited shipping options may be available for an additional fee at checkout.

International Shipping
Currently, we ship primarily within USA
International orders nay be subject to additional custom duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Lost Items
Please inspect your package upon arrival. If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with a photo. We may offer a replacement at our discretion.
Broken Esscents in not responsible for lost packages once the carrier marks them as delivered.
