No, we do not offer free shipping at this time.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING SPEED
Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your order. As soon as your package is ready to ship, you’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number. Orders typically deliver within 4-7 business days from when we ship your order.
TRACKING AN ORDER
Once a package is picked up and scanned in by our carrier, the shipping and delivery status is no longer within our control. We are unable to replace missing or stolen packages at this time. Please reach out directly to your courier for missing or stolen packages. We are not responsible for shipping addresses that were incorrectly entered at checkout.
Rest assured your package is on its way! Wait another day because most likely marked as delivered accidently, and should arrive the following day. Tracking may not update until your package is scanned at your local carrier. Please allow up to 7 business days for your package to arrive.
Can I change my order after it has been placed?

Please make sure that you are precise on your order before you complete it. Once your order is processed and finalized, we can not make changes or add changes. No exceptions!

At Broken Esscents Candle Co. merchandise is only eligible for credit if defective or damaged upon delivery. You must contact us within 3 business days after receiving your order, we will request a photo of defective or damaged products in order to file a claim with UPS. We may also ask you to return the damaged or defective item to us. We will not be responsible or reimburse for any shipping costs. If determined that the product is damaged or defective we will credit your account with us in the amount of said product.
